    • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Account Management
  • • Manage relationships with travel agencies and OTA partners to maximize engagement and sales.
    • Regularly review and evaluate partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with new and existing partners.
  • Revenue Growth
  • • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to the Sales Manager/Head of Sales.
    • Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and offers tailored to travel agencies and OTAs.
  • Market Insights
  • • Attend industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to represent the company and build networks.
    • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Training & Support
  • • Provide training and support to travel agency and OTA partners on company products, services, and systems.
    • Assist in resolving partner inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
