Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, oversee, execute, and manage various corporate finance assignments, including IPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition, and financial analysis.
  • Lead and provide guidance to team members in carrying out fieldworks and report drafting.
  • Finalize reports and present to clients as necessary.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Assist in other assignments as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • ACCA or CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • At least 5-8 years of corporate finance or external audit working experience is required.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to travel as and when required.
  • Solid communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills are preferred.
