Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at SEER S&R. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new and existing business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage project development from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Build and manage project pipelines to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Negotiate pricing agreements and contracts in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or any related courses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley (for KL base) and Johor (for Johor base applicant).
