Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related field.
    • Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions.
    • Exhibit functional experience in any of the following domains: Credit Origination, Loan, Credit Card processing, ATM technology, Credit Scoring, or Credit Risk, eKYC, digital onboarding, automation/straight through processing and their interfaces with other banking systems and external stakeholders.
  • Skills
    • Experience with database management systems and tools.
    • Experience across complete software development lifecycles, including both waterfall and agile project methodologies.
    • Experience with system modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, ERD).
    • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA).
