About the Role:

Fintech Asset Pro is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial industry, FinTech industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the Financial and FinTech industries.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective business strategies.

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients, including financial institutions, corporations, and other relevant entities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to improve products and services.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine business development strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
