We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Pastry World Sdn Bhd.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, 3 or more years of experience in recruitment, talent development, and/or talent retention, and a passion for supporting an organisation's people agenda.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including developing relationships with line managers, writing and posting job descriptions, utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources, and executing innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects.
You will also screen resumes and CVs, manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, create and post job descriptions and announcements, organize and facilitate Orientation training for all new joiners, and assist in crafting a comprehensive Onboarding process based on industry best practices.
In addition, you will administer the Performance Management System, design and execute a Learning and Development framework, and assist employees in sourcing and arranging for external and internal training programs.
Finally, you will research, propose, and carry out improvements relating to the overall Employee Experience, drive a company-wide employee engagement calendar, and contribute to the Employee Value Proposition.
