Job Overview

The Production Manager will oversee the overall production process, from story development to final delivery. This includes managing production priorities, reporting, resources, and quota planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand project tracking systems and work within them.
  2. Deliver accurate project reports and ad hoc reports as required.
  3. Collaborate with the Producer, Line Producer, and department leads to identify roadblocks and resolve conflicting priorities.
  4. Communicate priorities, milestones, quotas, and deadlines clearly.
  5. Communicate asset and shot production priority changes to all department leads and coordinators.
  6. Maintain internal reviews and ensure production teams follow note-taking etiquette.
  7. Identify issues affecting budget or brief and share this information with the Producer.
  8. Manage day-to-day tasks for production supervisors and coordinators.
  9. Mentor and develop the production management team.
  10. Manage project guidelines for time in lieu and leave schedules.
  11. E nsure timely and professional communication.
