Programme Director

We are seeking an experienced Programme Administrator to join our team at Fairwork.

1. Drive and coordinate with the Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule, including facilitating work/communication across different departments.
2. Work closely with production teams to drive sales orders and schedules for all customer products. Collaborate with technical, production, and material departments to facilitate the build of customer products through the entire process.
3. Create a comprehensive work plan, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority, and receive technical advice and resolve problems.
4. Publish program reports and executive presentations for management, clients, or others.
5. Support administrative functions including sales order maintenance, requests for information, quoting, organizing customer meetings, maintaining customer files, NPI/FAI build readiness checklist, customer ECN/TDN request performance, etc.
6. Ensure key business metrics achieve business objectives such as revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, etc.
7. Customer reporting: Receive customer requests and prepare documents related to processing returns, record and report the status of returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes of product pricing, and resolve return credit problems.
