About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Wealth and Investment Advisor to join our team at Standard Chartered Life and Careers. As a Wealth and Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring and deepening relationships with Priority Clients to identify business opportunities related to our core business products or refer to supporting channels.

Your key responsibilities will include converting AUM unqualified Priority Clients to AUM qualified and contributing to AUM growth. You will also commit to maintaining customer satisfaction in service delivery while simultaneously managing risks to the bank.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing business plans to acquire and retain Priority Clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with Priority Clients to identify business opportunities.
  • Converting AUM unqualified Priority Clients to AUM qualified and contributing to AUM growth.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction in service delivery while simultaneously managing risks to the bank.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on investment and wealth management solutions.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with preferred 1-3 years' experience in banking, demonstrable knowledge of banking practices and financial products. You should have a favorable track record in managing sales and / or operations or demonstrated ability to achieve strong sales performance.

You will also need to possess the ability to coach, inspire and mobilise Branch team members of various levels to deliver exceptional performance.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to establish a service culture, interpersonal and complaint handling skills, Bank's product knowledge, understanding of policies and procedures, ABM rules / Bank Negara FEA regulations.
