Job Description:

As a key member of the Kelington Group Berhad team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll administration of the Company and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. This includes EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, and HRDF.

You will also oversee the employee claim process to ensure that policies and limits are adhered to.

The successful candidate will administer corporate policies and procedures in support of daily operations, including staff benefits and compensation.

A high level of organizational skills is required to prepare and compile HR reports and maintain a systematic filing system for important documents.

Collaboration with the HR HOD is essential to develop standardized HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and law.

Maintaining an accurate HR database and managing HR systems are crucial components of this role.

The ideal candidate will assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization, such as wages, allowances, claims, leave, and staff medical benefits, in accordance with HR policy and guidelines.

This position also involves handling employee disciplinary matters and monitoring timely on-staff confirmations, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, appraisals, etc.
