Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Data Management
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process financial transactions, including payments and receipts, in a timely and efficient manner.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance and Admin Department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Assist in preparing and processing financial reports, statements, and other documents as required.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure seamless operations and efficient processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
  1. Education and Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificate.
Language Proficiency
  • Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Skills and Abilities
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Good with numbers and SQL software system.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literate and numerate.
