As a Global Commercial Operations Director, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability in the Neurovascular business at Stryker Corporation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to create sales plans and action steps aligned with Stryker's divisional strategic objectives. The candidate will also provide accurate sales forecasts, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, and offer clinical support in-market.

  • Develop and implement global market entry strategies to expand our presence in key markets.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Partner with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with Stryker's divisional strategic objectives.

Key Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree

• 7+ years of work experience in medical device required


• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability

• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority

• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
