We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead our medical device manufacturing efforts as a Senior Plastics Engineer. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in plastic injection molding.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of engineers and technicians, recruiting and hiring top talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and quality. The ideal candidate will also have experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and produce high-quality plastic components for medical devices.
  • Develop and optimize injection molding processes to achieve high-yield production.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems, including ISO 13485.
