As a Senior Software Engineer at SEEK, you'll contribute to multi-lingual systems, solving high-impact problems and developing software within the Salesforce CRM Platform.

Job Description:

A Senior Software Engineer is an expert member of our Engineering team. You'll be responsible for improving technical alignment, health, and engineering practices within the team.

You will guide other engineers to build, test, deploy, and maintain software from development through to production. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Improving platform health to ensure reliable, resilient, and efficient systems
  • Driving software development to strengthen current software engineering methodologies
  • Building and operating highly scalable, available, performant, and secure solutions
  • Solving and handling production incidents through to resolution
  • Developing cloud-first software

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce DX (Developer Experience) and scratch organisations
  • Commercial experience with Salesforce Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
  • Ability to demonstrate Salesforce SOSL / SOQL and Lightning APIs
  • Experience with declarative enhancement tools in Salesforce such as Flows, Process Builder, Formulas and Validation Rules, Schema Builder
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
