The Technical Transfer Lead is an essential member of the team, responsible for leading technology transfer activities at the site level. This individual will work closely with cross-functional groups to drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and guarantee site readiness for campaign start-ups.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute quality risk assessments, adapting control strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define pre-validation/validation strategies and ensure technical documentation is available.
- Lead site project teams, establishing project plans and coordinating batches for successful campaign start-ups.
- Guarantee site preparedness for inspections, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation.
- Promote process improvement and optimization for product transfers.
- Own the training curriculum for your job profile and direct reports.
- Regular travel to Singapore (at least 1-2 times a month).
- 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, BSc in Pharmacy or related field, and fluency in English.
