We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our APAC team at Gated Talent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining and automating local recruitment processes for Malaysia and Japan.

- You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for both markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for each country.
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging local talent channels.
- Provide expert market insights and advise stakeholders on competitive salary trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in Malaysia and Japan regions.
- Demonstrated track record in recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, corporate, managerial) across different levels.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese (N1 or N2 required), with the ability to engage with local talent in both markets.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, market trends, and cultural nuances in Malaysia and Japan.
