Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control store operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Achieve sales targets and increase productivity through effective scheduling and team management.
  • Provide store operational reports and recommendations to management.
  • Lead and develop the store's team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate & Diploma in Food & Beverage Management/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in F&B Coffee Chain.
  • Hands-on experience in schedule development and management, daily store operations, and training and development of baristas.
  • Customer-oriented and able to understand financial reports.
  • Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
