We're seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you'll be responsible for managing our financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the complete set of accounts using AutoCount accounting system.
  2. Oversee daily operations, including A/P and A/R processes.
  3. Prepare sales invoices / related documents and ensure all payment collections are captured accurately and posted in the accounting system.
  4. Review account schedules including fixed assets, hire purchases, accruals, prepayment, supplier deposit listings etc. and inter-company transactions.
  5. Perform and review reconciliation statements such as bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation, debtors, creditors, and reconciliations of any assigned clearing accounts.
  6. Liaise with banks, company secretaries, and external auditors/tax agents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Assist in establishing SOPs for relevant processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount accounting system.
  • Experience in reconciliations and account management.
