At SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd, we are seeking a highly skilled Director of Supply Chain Excellence to lead our supply chain operations.

This key role involves managing and directing reporting employees to achieve departmental objectives. We seek someone who can grow and develop the welfare and competence of their team members.

The successful candidate will leverage solutions to enhance the MRP system, providing accurate data for analysis and decision-making. They will execute plans to meet or exceed Purchasing, Sourcing, and Planning KPIs, focusing on OTD, inventory, and cost savings.

We require an individual who can manage inventory collaboratively with customers, striving for 100% OTD and minimal liability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasm. Knowledge of Oracle is an added advantage.

A Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience, is essential.
