In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring daily transactions, processing cancellations and refunds, and working with internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.

You will also be responsible for generating monthly aging reports, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and following up on outstanding payments.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent qualification, 1 year of relevant working experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Please note that this is a junior executive position, suitable for someone with 1-3 years of experience.

  • Monitor daily transactions and process cancellations and refunds
