We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and drafting skills, with a background in Microsoft Office and Excel.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently to manage files from initial to final stages, with excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include conveyancing SPAs and loan documentation, tenancies, and general conveyancing matters. A background in dealing with Land Office, LHDN, and other conveyancing authorities is essential.

Requirements

  • Proactive, hardworking and a team player.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good drafting and analytical skills.
  • Experience in dealings with Land Office, LHDN and other conveyancing related authorities.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Both written & spoken).
  • Good written and spoken English; ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.
  • Takes initiative at work and able to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Preference to applicant who is able to commence work immediately.
