Our Record-to-Report (RTR) team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. As a Finance Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the Finance Manager and support all General Ledger and Reporting related activities.
Main Accountabilities:This role includes ensuring service delivery in accordance with SLAs/KPIs and quality review, as well as providing clear direction to the team following Finance Ops Support and Services strategy.
- Identify areas for process optimization and conduct quality reviews to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures.
- Maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and metric controls, while also distinguishing between financial and management reporting requirements.
