Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental Sustainability Specialist. This internship will provide the opportunity to work on a project that aligns with our company's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Management: Ensure all daily documents related to Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) are accurately updated in tracking files.
  2. Contractor Safety: Arrange and coordinate Continental Contractor Safety Passport (CCSP) training for contractors.
  3. ESH Awareness: Create engaging and informative content, including videos and posters, to promote ESH topics.
  4. Project Execution: Conduct basic projects related to ESH, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  5. Fire Protection: Maintain and update fire protection equipment lists, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Waste Management: Assist with scheduled waste management activities, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree or diploma in Environment, Safety, and Health or a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
