Role Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Service Consultant to join our team at Glodon Company Limited. The successful candidate will support the branch development, including market technical research, basic data collection, and product demonstration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field, with at least 1 year of working experience in the digital construction industry. Proficiency in BIM expertise, digital construction, and Cubicost is essential. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the branch development, including market technical research, basic data collection, and product demonstration.
  • Responsible for the technical capability of our products.
  • Support product demo meetings, including technical demand exploration, product demo, and Q&A.
  • Provide product trainings to Cubicost users and monitor their product usage.
  • Offer project guidance to key clients upon business demand.
  • Prepare technical materials for demo and training purposes.
  • Presentation of technical speech upon demand.
  • Collaboration with the team on marketing events.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Required Skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction, Cubicost.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
