- Contract Renewals and Staff Confirmations: Manage contract renewals and confirmations for employees.
- Payroll Tasks: Process payroll-related tasks, such as CP22, PERKESO, advance payroll, and payroll filing.
- Email Account Management: Create email accounts for new joiners and deactivate resigned staff email accounts.
- HR Document Preparation: Prepare relevant HR letters and documents.
- Event Planning: Organize HR events to enhance employee engagement.
- POs and Name Cards: Issue purchase orders (POs) and process name cards for employees.
- Finance Invoicing: Assist in processing monthly finance invoices (e.g., Mednefits, insurance, petrol, and telco invoices).
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee medical benefits and insurance, including verification of medical certificates (MC).
- New Staff Onboarding: Prepare onboarding items for new staff (e.g., petrol cards, access cards, staff badges, and license plate registration).
- Communication and Announcements: Handle EITA Group announcements and distribute important information to the team.
- Contact List Maintenance: Update and maintain the company contact list.
- Ongoing Support: Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the immediate superior.
