Job Opportunity: Crops and Plantation Expert

This is a contract role for an experienced Crops and Plantation Expert to join our team at Kolej FELCRA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of agriculture and plantation.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and mentor students in the field of agriculture and plantation
  • Develop and deliver course materials effectively
  • Conduct practical sessions and supervise student projects
  • Grade assignments and exams, and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in faculty meetings and collaborative research projects
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or a related field
  • Expertise in agricultural sciences, crop management, and sustainable farming practices
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver course materials effectively
  • Experience in academic research and development is an advantage
