As a Human Capital Data Strategist at SWIFT, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR analytics capabilities, working closely with the IT Workday and HR IS teams to develop robust data models and pipelines. Your expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder management will be essential in communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
