About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordination Manager. You will be responsible for assisting the Project Management to coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of assigned projects by appointed vendors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with other departments to secure resources needed for projects under your supervision.
  • Understanding customer needs to achieve overall project goals and objectives, while securing high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in project meetings with customers under your supervision.
  • Assisting in implementing schedules to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Helping deliver set profit margins for projects.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers and various Vertiv divisions and departments.
  • Coordinating M&E services efficiently at sites.
  • Supervising, motivating, and developing direct project team members for continual improvement and optimised performance.
Requirements
  • A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry, major involvement in project management in turnkey data centre site preparation works.
  • Strong knowledge of project management techniques and good communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good spoken and written English language skills.
  • Self-motivated, good team player, and customer-focused.
