Key Responsibilities:

  • Anchoring key engagements with various stakeholders, analysis and design to development, implementation, release management, testing, and support for the domain area of Digital Banking.
  • Partnering closely with the group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
  • Ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Managing external and internal resources, evaluating, promoting, coaching, and developing team members without direct oversight.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical delivery management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
