About the Role:

The Sales Support Executive will support the Sales team in the sales cycle, following up on submissions and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity allows individuals to develop their problem-solving skills and learn about the sales process. The ideal candidate should have good communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations to customers in Excel (local and overseas)
  • Obtain costing from vendors, Services, and Presales teams during quotation stage
  • Ensure quoted orders match customer PO details with clear order instructions (billing entity, address, contact person, delivery instruction, milestones)
  • Confirm and produce final costing from vendors after customer PO comes in
  • Follow up on customer PO or VO
  • Assist in new customer onboarding and credit application
  • Download ITQ/RFQ/tender documents from GeBiz and other online portals
  • Assist in tender submission via hardcopy/softcopy
  • Follow up closely with vendors, Presales, and Sales to meet submission deadlines
  • Work closely and obtain accurate costing from Services team on maintenance and renewal
  • Assist in report preparation and submission, coordination with customers when required (GovTech report, HC term deal report, etc.)

What We Look For:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge and familiarity in Excel is a must
