About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Procurement team to provide daily support for the end-to-end P2P process, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders, understanding vendor prequalification process, purchase requests consolidation, Contract Management and provides full administrative assistance when needed.

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating with Business Units on sourcing requests, overseeing vendor registration process, ensuring all procurement records are compiled and saved in proper order, compliance with Procurement Policy, managing bi-weekly and monthly reports and trackers, facilitating negotiations for local manage suppliers within scope to ensure business continuity supply including contracts renewal is in place, and Contribution to the Cost Reduction Program in accordance with agreed savings targets.

Key Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in procurement team - understanding in automotive and e-commerce industry or property management will be an advantage.
  • Good command in English & B. Malaysia, knowledge in local language is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
  • Resourceful and able to identify any potential threat or unusual activities in Procurement processes including advanced negotiation& influencing skills.
