About the Job

You will take ownership of digital product development, driving functional and non-functional capabilities, and generating significant business outcomes. As a Digital Product Roadmap Lead, you will lead a team of Product Managers and Business Systems Analysis to deliver valuable and trusted digital solutions to business users at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the digital product roadmap to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Manage, negotiate, and influence relationships with senior leadership team and managers (inter and intra divisional) to deliver credible and consistent solution services.
  • Manage, negotiate, and influence vendor, business partner and Group IT relationships to provide delivery flexibility.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of product management lifecycles, and experience working with various methodologies from Agile to Waterfall.
