Key Responsibilities

As an IT Infrastructure Manager at Western Digital, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Providing support to plan, build, and manage complex Manufacturing/Office LAN/WAN/VPN and wireless infrastructure.
  2. Implementing changes to hardware and/or software that improve network performance, speed, and connectivity.
  3. Troubleshooting network issues including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, Spanning Tree, WAN, network hardware/software, wireless, etc.
  4. Aligning with the Global Network Services team to incorporate company standards and preferred practices into local site network builds.
