About the Role

The Senior Quality Engineer Specialist will be responsible for supporting ASM's outsourced manufacturing contract manufacturers, ensuring consistent quality and minimal supply disruption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve product quality in line with company targets
  • Drive effective corrective actions based on solid facts and data analysis
  • Lead and participate in supplier audits, including product, manufacturing process and quality system audits

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to define and deliver innovative solutions to help ASM achieve its goals. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of driving quality improvements in a contract manufacturing environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in contract manufacturing management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Quality Engineer
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing contract manufacturing and second-tier component supplier management understanding with reference to a contract manufacturer (first tier).
