Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Finance and Account Executive to handle day-to-day operations, manage accounts, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the management team and external auditors.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the operational aspects of the accounts department.
  2. Oversee the General Ledger, Account Receivable, and Account Payable.
  3. Manage the preparation of full sets of accounts for Mazars Malaysia & Mazars Clients.
  4. Directly oversee key transaction work streams, including liaison with Mazars Asia Pacific and former Moores Rowland work.
  5. Prepare annual financial budgets, cash flow forecasts, cost analyses, and monthly financial reports to Management.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of all balance sheet items and control accounts.
  7. Assist in developing financial budgets or projections and performance targets.
  8. Collaborate with Directors, Managers, and staff on operational finance matters.
  9. Coordinate with external auditors and Mazars tax expertise on annual statutory reporting and tax submissions.
