  5. Digital Communications: Support our digital communications and social media activities to disseminate our corporate information effectively and precisely to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Media Management: Manage and maintain our multimedia archive, ensuring that all content is stored and organized accordingly, and that our image bank is up-to-date and accessible.
  7. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Unit Head and HOD, including vendor and agency management, with strict adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  8. Professional Development: Manage the development of your own skills and capabilities to ensure that you have the right skillsets and capabilities to continuously improve your work performance and contribute to a conducive work environment.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Design, Multimedia, Graphics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia.
  3. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), as well as skills in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Photography, Videography, and expertise in Apple Macintosh & Adobe systems.
  4. Personal Qualities: Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
