Job Description

HABIB Group is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehouse and inventory management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Implement and optimize order fulfilment processes to meet delivery deadlines and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Design and maintain an efficient layout for the warehouse. Implement a systematic approach for storing and retrieving products, and monitor and streamline workflows to minimize bottlenecks.
  • Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies for efficient operations. Train and support staff in using technology tools for order processing and inventory control.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards for inbound and outbound items. Implement inspection procedures to identify and address product defects.
  • Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity, and foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and accountability.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address order-related inquiries or issues. Implement processes to ensure accurate order picking and on-time delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders processed, and shipments made. Generate regular reports for management review.
