We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Expert to join our team at Upscale Sdn Bhd. This role involves leading the quality function for assigned product technology and process, ensuring quality and stability through Technology Transfer and Technology Development.
About the Role- Leverage 7-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering to drive projects of varying complexity and size, with potential for GG11 – GG12.
- Lead Deviation Management & Risk Management on assigned responsibilities, applying leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Moderate FMEA and risk assessments for new tool/process releases, utilizing strong analytical skills and systematic approaches.
- Develop and implement continuous quality improvement projects to enhance overall quality targets.
- Degree / Master / PhD in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Material Engineering, or equivalent engineering or science discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor technology / Wafer fabrication / Quality Engineering.
- Apply Thinking 6 Sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, exploring new technologies and processes to drive innovation.
- Presentation skills required to confidently present projects to Kulim and European counterparts.
