We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Claims Processing Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with our Underwriting and Claims Teams across Asia Pacific.
Your key responsibilities will include logging and clearing submissions, processing claim payments, managing the Schedule of Values (SOVs) for Catastrophe losses, completing Loss Runs, and e-File uploads.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all aspects of processing submissions while providing technical and administrative support to your colleagues.
You will also contribute to maintaining positive team relationships, prioritizing work commitments, and adhering to all training guides and corporate affairs requirements.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong administrative skills, a high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Proficiency in using IT systems, particularly Excel and AS400, is ideal.
