About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leadership professional to join our team as a Regional Commercial Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:

Minimum 8-15 years of experience in cutting tools or machine tools, preferred graduated technical engineer / Diploma Engineer, good knowledge of the machine tool and/or cutting tool industry.

Ability to lead a team in Malaysia, strong technical background, and able to lead technical discussions with customers and guide the sales team.

Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player.

Openness to travel throughout Southeast Asia countries.
