Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Compliance department, you will be responsible for leading Swift's compliance framework review, maintaining a repository of compliance controls, and overseeing risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in governance, risk and control (GRC), compliance and controls frameworks, compliance reporting, and compliance culture and communication. You will also be responsible for managing monthly, quarterly and annual compliance reporting, tracking and developing metrics to assess success and compliance risk, and driving innovation in compliance tools.

You will work closely with Swift's other assurance functions and contribute to building out and leading the dedicated Compliance Assurance pillar in the Compliance team. This role offers growth and learning opportunities, and you may be expected to travel 10-15% of your time.
