The Front End Team Lead - Scalable Solutions will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions. They will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and manage Agile development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  2. Perform coding, development, and code reviews to ensure best practices.
  3. Utilize React.js, React Native, Angular, and Flutter for scalable applications.
  4. Design and implement clean front-end architecture for web and mobile applications.
  5. Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of front-end systems.
  6. Lead a team of front-end developers, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices.
  7. Manage Agile development processes, including running scrums and sprint planning.
  8. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards.
  9. Work with stakeholders, business analysts, and backend teams to ensure alignment on requirements.
  10. Identify bottlenecks and work complications, and lead the team in finding viable solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in enterprise or regulatory BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a development team and managing front-end projects.
