Risk Assessment and Mitigation
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization.

Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia's risk management and corporate governance requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support to operational teams in identifying and mitigating risks.
Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing risk management processes using industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Benchmark the organization's risk management practices against industry standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. Professional Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in risk management, preferably in the service, solution, training, and education provider industries.
Education and Training
  • A bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia's Main Market or ACE Market Listing Requirements and corporate governance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with mobile app state management (e.g., Redux, MobX)
  • Familiarity with native modules and ability to bridge native components when necessary
  • Proficiency in using Git for version control
  • Experience with mobile app deployment processes (App Store and Google Play)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
