This role involves creating and managing content, curriculum, initiatives, and communities that promote client utilization and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute engagement initiatives such as webinars, workshops, booths, and other interactive programs to drive sign-ups and ongoing client utilization
  • Identify, secure, and manage partnerships and vendors that enhance client engagement activities and offerings
  • Develop content such as case studies, social media posts, and other materials based on client engagement to boost brand awareness and educate clients on product features
  • Build and nurture VIP client groups to foster community, encourage social validation, and strengthen client relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and executing client engagement programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to scale processes efficiently
  • Excellent relationship management and partnership-building skills
  • Creative content creation capabilities for various platforms and audiences
  • A passion for building communities and fostering client connections
