About the Role:

Zurich 56 Company Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within scope. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in proven project management.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management proficiency.
