We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at IT Usaha Engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the superior in performing day-to-day accounting functions, including account payable, account receivable, general ledger up to P&L and Balance Sheet.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in liaising with external parties on audit, tax agents, bankers, etc.
  • Monitor creditor's aging to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reports.
  • Resolve issues internally and externally regarding accounting matters.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge in UBS Accounting Software.
  • Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is preferable; knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage.
