Role Description

The Regional Quality Strategist plays a critical role in driving excellence across the Quality function, leading a team of Quality Coordinators, and ensuring consistent adherence to internal processes and country-specific employment regulations.

  • Champion Quality Objectives across the Asia Pacific region, promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee regional execution and maintenance of global accreditations such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001.

This position reports to the Commercial Operations Director and works in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team (Asia Pacific) and the Group Quality Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic quality plans to ensure compliance with Group, Regional, and Local policies affecting the Quality function.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a strategic business partner, to drive measurable process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of Quality Coordinators, ensuring high accuracy and consistent application of QA/QC best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic quality plans.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, process improvement, and performance management.
