Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, with a proven track record of leading talent management initiatives in large complex organizations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for NCG (New College Graduate) development, partnering with Talent Acquisition to implement these strategies.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field is required. Certification in coaching, talent management, or organizational development is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with People Solutions team on talent pipeline and high-potential talent programs employees, including the manager enablement of talent development strategies to ensure a steady succession pipeline for key roles.
  • Leverage resources from enterprise PD&E team on talent development, succession planning, career pathing initiatives by providing guidance and resources for employees to advance within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of people transformation efforts with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent management, incorporating relevant strategies into the organization's practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading talent management initiatives, preferably in a large complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Experience with implementing and managing employee engagement surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
