The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, aligning external and internal reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Collate and report financial information to management or shareholders
  • Assist Section Head and Senior Specialist in all reporting matters
  • Monitor cost center and reporting structure set-up in the SAP system
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including auditors and consultants
  • Prepare financial statements for Group and its subsidiaries for compliance
  • Prepare group consolidation packs and assist in audits
  • Prepare statistical reports to meet statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Assist in project requirements as assigned by supervisor
  • Involved in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for annual audits
  • Maintain General Ledger and ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
