**Job Title: GRC Solution Architect**

We are looking for a highly skilled GRC Solution Architect to join our IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Team at Serton Global AS. In this role, you will design, build, and implement GRC solutions that meet the needs of our business and ensure regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and implementing GRC solutions that align with business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of GRC solutions.
  3. Providing consultation and support in addressing production-related issues and tasks.
  4. Developing and maintaining technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  5. Leading technical initiatives to improve GRC application components.

Requirements:

  1. At least 6-7 years of experience in GRC solution architecture, especially in BWise 5.8 & above.
  2. Strong knowledge of Banking - Risk, Governance & Compliance applications with experience in reporting.
  3. A hands-on technical leader with proven experience in guiding team members and leading projects.

  5. The ability to engage with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and implement solutions effectively.
